We put a lot of care into creating dino-mite products for our fellow prehistoric fans, so please note that all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, unless clearly stated otherwise on the product page.

🦖 But What If Something’s Wrong?

While we don’t accept general returns, we do want to make things right if your order arrives damaged or incorrect. If that happens, just reach out within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a few photos of the issue — we’ll gladly send a replacement.

📥 Digital Downloads

Because of the nature of instant downloads (like our coloring pages and printables), we can’t offer refunds or returns on digital products. Please double-check your selections before completing your order.

🧢 Apparel & Physical Products

Clothing and printed wall art are made to order just for you. Unless the product page says otherwise, these items are not returnable, so please check sizing guides and descriptions carefully.
